Post Brexit - Sending to Europe - Customs/VAT

Following our exit from the European Union we are advising our Customers in the European Union that there is the possibility of Customs/VAT charges being made in the destination country for parcels we send.  We cannot guarantee whether these charges will or will not be made and this process is, regrettably, outside of our control. On receipt of these orders we contact each customer individually to advise the details as given above.  We also advise by email that goods will be held for a short period (specified in our email) in order that customers can make an informed decision on despatch after being made aware of  possible charges that may be incurred.  Goods supplied to the European Union will be charged excluding UK VAT (currently at 20%).
