This unique set of carvings seemingly done by the same craftsmen during a short period, they seem to depict aspects and values of every day life. They show scenes with both a sense of humour and teachings of moral importance especially from the view of the Catholic Church. This carving shows a cat playing the fiddle with a number of mice dancing to the music. A most interesting and humorous carving. . Taken directly from the original carving this reproduction captures all the fine detail produced by the master craftsmen that carved the original.
